Meet our Pastor
Trenton Parker was born and raised in the Warsaw/Winona Lake, IN area and is grateful to now serve as the pastor of Sugar Grove Community Church. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech, a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Grace College, and a Masters of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Pastoral Studies from Grace Theological Seminary.
Over the past several years, he has served in various ministry roles, including two years as a pastoral intern at First Baptist Church of Warsaw and seven months as an interim pastor. These experiences have been formative in his life and has enhanced his desire to preach the Word of God and to shepherd God’s people.
Outside of ministry, Trenton enjoys reading, writing, watching sports, playing board games, trying new restaurants and going on walks with his wife, Abby. Trenton and Abby are recently married as of June 2025.
Pastor Trenton (Trent) Parker has been serving as lead pastor of Sugar Grove Community Church since May 2025.
